What are Essential
Oils?
Essential oils are the oldest
health and wellness products known to
humankind. They are the life force and life
energy of the plant kingdom.
Oils extracted from nature
have been revered for centuries for the
restorative properties to the mind, body,
and spirit. Using these gifts from nature,
ForeverYoung Essential Oils, offer a wide
range of pristine and proprietary blends.
As such, one of the most educated
authorities on essential oils, Dana Clay
Young, heads up the ForeverYoung Essential
Oils product line. I am so proud to offer
these natural quality oils to you as well.
This website is about
essentials oils but I also want to share
with you info about environmentally safe
cleaning products, toxin free personal and
skin care, truly healthy energy drinks,
whole plant concentrates, pure chocolate,
and nutritious whole foods.
And, just to prove that I am
serious about these products, you can

Applications of
Essential Oils:
To
Reduce or
remove bacteria from
vegetables (even chicken) use
Rosemary, Sage or Thyme. Soak
it in warm water with the EO before
cooking.
Salad
Dressing - Create using
basil, chili, cinnamon, garlic,
ginger, lemongrass, onion, rosemary,
thyme, sage and tumeric. Using
homemade Mayonnaise or Organic
Mayonnaise (note: commercial
mayonnaise has canola or soy oil and
sometimes refined vinegar which is
acidic)... add 2 tablespoons of
walnut oil, 3-4 tablespoons of
organic balsamic or apple cider
vinegar (both are alkalizing), 1
teaspoon of mayonnaise and
approximately 1/8 of a teaspoon each
of garlic and basil. Play
with the different oils to create
different flavors.
Bathing as an
on-going preventative measure
- one may use basil, oregano,
rosemary, sage, thyme (or a
combination of each) in a bath. Use
approximately 1 tablespoonful of the
mixture of oils. Add to the
bath water, and soak for 30-45
minutes. Suggested once a
week.
Remember that as you
soak in the tub, you will be
exchanging fluids, having toxins
exit and nutrients enter your body
through the pores of your skin.
It is important to continue
hydrating yourself. Have a 1
quart container of alkaline (8-9 pH)
water to drink.
After this bath
please go to bed and rest at least
30-60 minutes or go directly to
sleep. Place dry towels on the
bed, as you will perspire.
Foot Bath
- as an alternative, for those who
are unable to bath. Fill a
large tub with the hottest water you
can tolerate, add the oils, soak for
30-40 minutes or until the water
becomes too cool.
NOTE: EO =
Essential Oils
Note: Due to the supply of the
raw materials, some oils may not be
available during certain times of
the year.
Gall
Bladder Refresher
Get 2 gallons of
organic apple juice or cider.
If you have a juicer, you may make
the apple juice fresh, which will
provide a higher vitality drink.
Drink 1 gallon of this juice each
day. IF hungry, you may eat
apples.
It is suggested the
addition of a few drops of cinnamon
to one glass of juice. Have
the next glass of plain apple juice.
The next glass, add a couple drops
of ginger. While frankincense
& nutmeg are of useful support for
the gall bladder, some may not want
to add them to the juice. In
this case, take a teaspoon before
bedtime.
During the day, it is
also a good practice to use
Rainmaker once or twice in a full
glass of alkaline water.
The evening after
your second day of drinking the
apple juice mixture, combine 1/2 cup
organic, virgin olive oil with the
juice of the one lemon and 1/4
teaspoon lemongrass. Drink
this down. Have a dry cracker
handy after you ingested the olive
oil mixture and chew this up
afterwards. This take the oily
residue out of your mouth. In
the morning after this cleanse, you
may have a bowel movement which is
either very green or their could be
green pellets in the toilet bowl.
These are gall stones you have
expelled.

Kidneys
& Urinary System
The Kidneys do an
amazing job of filtering our blood,
24 hours a day. The kidneys
have an important job of regulating
mineral levels in the body.
They retain the minerals we need,
and excrete from the rest.
However, if our kidneys are damaged,
they may let go of too many
minerals. This can cause
nutritional deficiencies and make
our body too acidic. The
kidneys produce urine to keep our
internal fluids at the appropriate
level. When we are dehydrated,
it causes a greater burden on our
kidneys. The combination of an
acidic condition plus not drinking
enough fluids can predispose one to
kidney stones.
One of the most
supportive practices to help our
kidneys is to drink our required
amount of water daily. This is
either one-quart per 50 pounds of
body weight, or take your body
weight and divide that in half.
This will give you the number of
ounces of pure water to drink.
You can add any of the following EO
to your drinking water, which is
supportive to the kidneys and
urinary system - chamomile,
cinnamon, frankincense, geranium,
lemon, orange and parsley

Is it
safe to use essential oils?
The
beautiful thing about the use of
essential oils is that they can be
used safely without any secondary
stresses to the body as often occurs
from NSAIDs, pain relievers, or
other over-the-counter medications.
Science is now beginning to confirm
what the ancients knew so well —
essential oils, the pure “essence”
of a plant, provide both
psychological and physical benefits
when used properly and with wisdom.

What
can we use essential oils for?
There are many actions that
essential oils can create within the
body such as anti-inflammatory
benefits, pain relieving benefits,
antibacterial benefits, stimulation
of proper digestion, cellular
detoxification, expectorant effect,
and antispasmodic uses.
Where
Do Essential Oils Come From?
Out
of all the thousands of plants in
this world, only about 300 actually
render essential oils. The essential
oils of aromatic plants are stored
in special cells, ducts or glandular
hairs, and are located in many
different parts of the plant such as
flowers, blossoms, fruit skins,
seeds, stems, leaves, roots or bark.
As a result, the oils can encompass
a wide range of aromas and tastes.
They can be tart and tangy, as are
oils from the citrus family of
lemon, orange, tangerine,
grapefruit, mandarin, and lime. They
can be warm and spicy, like the oils
of cinnamon, clove, nutmeg, ginger,
black pepper, cardamom, or cumin.
The oils can be wonderfully floral
as are geranium, rose, and lavender.
They can be powerfully herbaceous,
like oregano, basil, dill, rosemary,
sage, tarragon, and savory. They can
be fresh and minty, as are
peppermint and spearmint.
So
exactly how is it that essential
oils work?
The Sense of Scent:
Essential oils affect people first
through their sense of smell. Your
sense of smell is actually the most
rapidly responding of all your
senses; it’s the source of all
moods, emotions, creativity and
motivation; therefore, scents affect
each immediately. How can that
happen? Take a moment and think
about it — the smell of
freshly-baked pumpkin pie can elicit
responses in one’s body within
seconds. Is your mouth watering yet?
The
mouth may begin watering, a sense of
warmth can pervade the body, and
emotions tied to past family events
may quickly come to your awareness —
all from the scent of fresh-baked
pumpkin pie. Through the beautiful
aromas of various essential oils, an
overall sense of well-being can be
created or enhanced.
Topical Application:
When essential oils are applied
topically, almost instantaneous
absorption occurs through the skin,
moving into the blood stream, then
to the deprived area. Swelling
decreases, blood circulation
returns, the pain is diminished, and
mobility is restored.
It
has been reported that when applying
essential oils on the bottom of the
feet, the constituents of that oil
will travel to every cell within 20
minutes of application. Oftentimes,
it’s possible to even smell certain
oils on someone’s breath within
seconds of applying them to the
skin!
Bioelectric Activity:
This electric activity is a coherent
and harmonic balance of energy,
which helps maintain life. At a
cellular level, a person does not
live or die all at once, but rather
one cell at a time. If our diet is
lower in frequency than the body,
the cell’s ability to live is in
jeopardy and can die. The death of
cells creates a place for toxins,
which then creates a host for
disease to thrive. Using essential
oils may elevate the body’s
frequency. When elevating the body’s
frequency, disease no longer has a
supportive environment.
Ingestion:
Essential oils possess subtle
energies able to interact with the
body’s own energy system to promote
wellness and healing. Many oils
taken internally will support the
immune system, the detoxification
and cellular health needed for a
vibrant life.
What
makes ForeverYoungEO
essential oils so special?
The
essential difference that
ForeverYoungEO brings to the
marketplace is an offering of
premium grade, 100% pure,
therapeutic essential oils. Make no
mistake about it — there is a
distinct difference in quality of
essential oils in the market.
There are no other essential oils on
the market - that we’re aware of -
that will garner the same benefits.
EVERY other essential oil line that
we have researched and studied has
been compromised in one way or
another by:
-
Being extracted with hexane, or
other toxins
-
Being extended with synthetic
oils and other potentially
health-compromising synthetic
ingredients
-
Being extended – they’re “in a
base of...” various kinds of
fatty oils (almond, sunflower,
etc), thus diluting the
therapeutic value and impacting
the essential oils!
We
cringe when we hear people say that
they’re in a hurry to get the
essential oil they need, so they’ll
run to the store and get it - or
they found the oil ‘cheaper’ at a
bath store or some other local
health food store. They may have
found an essential oil a bit
cheaper, or a bit quicker . . . but
at what cost? At what penalty to
their body? And will it really be
effective? It’s likely that the
store-bought essential oil won’t be
as effective, and its possible it
could even be toxic!
What does E.O.B.B.D. certified mean?
ForeverYoungEO
uses an exacting standard of
certification for purity known as
E.O.B.B.D (Essential
Oils
Botanically
and Biochemically
Defined).
In
order to be E.O.B.B.D. certified,
oils are tested by third-party
professionals using methods which
determine exactly what constituents
are in the oil, as well as breaking
down the percentages.
Absence of E.O.B.B.D. certification
may mean adulteration of an
originally authentic essential oil.
Look for the E.O.B.B.D.
